first Data Management and Workflow Consultancies in the country , Sreeram is deeply invested in content creation and verticals like VR, AR and MR. His foresight and keen interest in R&D give him an
edge over his peers. Given a choice
he’d want everything in 32K.
Though he is a Creative Producer,
he loves the occasional binge edit.
He's also an avid biker, future documentary film-maker and tech guru. He’s also a
lover of coffee, vegetarian by choice, occasionally philosophical and listens
to podcasts while driving.
ASHISH HEBLEKAR
CEO/ POST SUPERVISOR
One more of the kind who quit engineering to do what he does now. He was supposed to go to the US to study AI and Robotics, but we’re glad this guy landed up right here. He’s the biker who will walk into the office in
slow motion, prop his helmet up on the table and the first words he will always utter be "Jeetu ek coffee please”.
Every single day.
Apart from the fact that this techie needs caffeine refuelling every couple
of hours Ashish is the go-to person at Coolab. Head of operations and our CEO, he is always a step ahead and ready to troubleshoot, and is always excited about a new update. Ashish is also the kind who will recommend the nicest music, after all he has been a part of the Indie music scene, touring with musical legends - yes, he feels right at home in an OB Van.
SUMEET KAMATH
CO-FOUNDER/ EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
He’s our Head of Business and Strategy and has way more feathers than any cap can handle and more gadgets than a normal person would like to possess.
With over two decades of experience of spearheading marketing and promoting his various businesses, he’s worked with some of the best production and media houses before starting his own. He’s cool, collected and righteous, super fun, suffers from OCD, making sure every drive, pen and keyboard is absolutely straight on every table.
This multi-lingual, multi-tasking machine will play technical consultant, data saviour, network manager and more with the same level of dedication and professionalism.
ANUJA THAKAR
OFFLINE EDITOR
Open to new ideas and ready with a handful for every project, Anuja is our in-house Editing Ninja. Always in stealth mode, you’ll never hear her come in & almost never see her leave. She’s a silent killer. If there’s a series on Netflix or Amazon she’s probably already seen every episode of every season.
An Avid fan of marvel, she knows everything about that Universe and the legends within. A word of caution, this warrior’s weapon of choice is Premiere Pro CC.
DILSHAD NANJI
COLOURIST
She’ll greet you with a warm smile and hug but the minute you even accidentally stretch your hands to place your cup of coffee on the grading table, the halo and wings will quickly disappear. Hell hath no fury like this woman protective of her equipment!
She sings all the while scanning your footage with the eyes of a hawk. When she’s not grading, she’ll be wiping every fingerprint off every screen.

Asna is our newest team member. Lover of animals, good coffee, great content and an avid gamer too, she somehow manages to bring out the child in all of us. Smart worker, great listener and fabulous in executing to the brief - she's cut out for anything and loves a challenge!
Her infectious energy and spirited attitude makes us wonder where she's been all this time and why we didn't get a hold of her sooner. We're so pumped to welcome this enthu-cutlet onboard!
KULDEEP MEHTA
ASSISTANT POST SUPERVISOR
This multi-talented man only discusses one of two things - Work or Food and boy does he love both. He often acts as a bridge between the Client and the Artists working on the Post of our projects. Edit, Grade, Audio, VFX - he'll overlook everything and make sure it's all done to perfection! He can see things no one else does - VFX artists, beware! Coolab's go-to man and saviour for quick fixes and solutions, Kuldeep enjoys playing the occasional VFX artist himself. Super chilled, dependable, meticulous and dedicated - Our Post Assistant Kuldeep is always an asset to have on one's team and we are glad that he's on ours!
BADRI PRASAD DAS
ASSISTANT POST SUPERVISOR
A wanderer at heart, Badri quit editing after spending a long long time in that chair and assisting some of the best in the business. The word ‘No’ doesn’t seem to be one he believes in. Neither saying it, not taking it. Always excited to try new things and get into the technical aspects of the job, our more low maintenance - No Tea, No Coffee, No beer kinda team member, Badri is always making sure to fix things before they can cause trouble in Post. His presence of mind is such a strength and his experience as an editor really adds such value to his work here at Coolab. This lover of Cricket and dramatic films is one of our absolute finest recruits!
MILAN RATHOD
POST ASSISTANT
Managing Post is about knowledge and people skills, Milan is gifted with both. Having studied animation and VFX and working for years as a DIT on some of the biggest OTT and theatrical releases in the last couple of years has allowed him to expand his know-how into everything related to the Visual Pipeline from Data Management of Rushes on set to Final Masters and Deliverables. One could say he knows his way around all kinds of formats, footage and frame rates. Known for being quite the Jugaadoo, Milan ensures workflows are efficient not tedious. After all he abides by Work Smart not Hard.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Senior Animator to Visual Effects Supervisor, Chief AD to Creative Consultant, Editor to Executive Producer, our Head of Operations at Coolab is a gentleman who has fulfilled many roles. After having conquered every aspect of Pre - Prod and Post, this lover of a good book and great music, now runs the show here at Coolab. Working tirelessly behind the scenes with a great team to make sure that nothing is out of place and that service is always client centric.

Fun & Organisation don’t usually go hand-in-hand, but when Mr. Priyadarshi Verma is around, you get a lot of both! Always with a plan, always game for food and coffee and always making us giggle, being around PD is a treat for the soul. His decades of experience in Strategic Planning, Analysis, Systems Design & Architecture and Setting up Production Pipeline & Processes for the Media & Entertainment Industry is clear from his salt n pepper look and the wisdom in his eyes.
Calm under pressure, a total foodie at heart, Lover of Music and Photography and former owner of a Jalebi shop too (is there nothing he hasn’t done!), Our Chief Technology Officer (Also Chief Sweet Officer) sure knows how to get the job done!
